End User License Agreement

Feedrevo is delivered primarily as a web-based software-as-a-service. Your access to and use of the Service is governed by the Terms of Service, not by a separate end-user licence. This EULA applies only to any downloadable Software that Feedrevo distributes from time to time (for example, a desktop or mobile application, browser extension, or command-line client).
Right now, there is no downloadable Software. The Service is web-only. If and when Feedrevo distributes a downloadable client, the terms below will apply to that Software in addition to the Terms of Service.

1. Licence grant

Subject to your compliance with the Terms of Service and this EULA, Feedrevo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to install and use the Software, in object-code form, solely in connection with the Service and solely for your internal business purposes during the term of your subscription.

2. Restrictions

You will not, and will not permit any third party to:

  • Copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Software, except as expressly permitted by law.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software, except to the extent applicable law prohibits this restriction.
  • Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer the Software to any third party.
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices on the Software.
  • Use the Software to develop a competing product or to benchmark the Service without our prior written consent.
  • Use the Software in violation of any law, regulation, or third-party right, or in a way that breaches the Acceptable Use Policy in the Terms of Service.

3. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. Feedrevo and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual-property rights. No rights are granted to you other than the limited licence expressly set out above.

4. Updates

Feedrevo may release updates to the Software, including bug fixes, security patches, and feature changes. You agree that updates may be installed automatically. Continued use of the Software after an update is acceptance of the update on the same licence terms.

5. Term and termination

This EULA is effective from the date you first install the Software and continues until terminated. It terminates automatically without notice if you breach any of its terms, on termination of your subscription, or if you uninstall the Software. On termination, you must uninstall and delete all copies of the Software.

6. Warranty disclaimer and liability

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. THE WARRANTY DISCLAIMER IN THE TERMS OF SERVICE AND THE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY IN THE TERMS OF SERVICE APPLY TO THE SOFTWARE.

7. Export controls and US Government users

The Software is subject to United States export-control laws. You will not export, re-export, or transfer the Software in violation of those laws. The Software is “Commercial Computer Software” under FAR 12.212 and DFARS 227.7202; use by US Government end-users is subject only to the Terms of Service and this EULA.

8. Mobile app store terms

If you obtain the Software from a third-party app store (Apple App Store, Google Play, Microsoft Store), that store’s end-user terms apply alongside this EULA. If those terms conflict with this EULA on a point governed by the store, the store’s terms control on that point.

9. General

The Terms of Service govern in all other respects, including governing law, arbitration, and the order of precedence. If any term of this EULA is held unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
