1. What gets deleted
Depending on which path you choose, the following will be removed from Feedrevo’s active systems:
- OAuth tokens Meta issued for each authorised Page.
- Scheduled-post payloads that have not yet published, including text, media URLs, and metadata.
- Published-post records that Feedrevo cached for retry, analytics, or audit purposes.
- Comment text cached for moderation features.
- Engagement metrics derived from Meta insights APIs.
- Audit logs tied to the affected Page or account.
- Account record, workspace metadata, team membership, and saved settings (if you delete your account, not just a Page).
Backups are encrypted and rotated; data persisting only in backup snapshots is purged within 90 days of the primary-system deletion.
2. What does not get deleted
- Records we are required to retain by law, such as invoices and tax records (typically 7–10 years depending on jurisdiction).
- De-identified aggregate analytics that cannot be linked back to you.
- Records necessary to defend a legal claim during the limitation period.
- Content that you previously caused to be published to Meta. Meta retains that content under its own policies; to remove it from Facebook or Instagram, delete it from the Page itself or use Meta’s tools.
3. Method 1 — Disconnect a Page inside Feedrevo
Use this when you want to stop Feedrevo from accessing one or more Pages but keep your Feedrevo account.
- Sign in at app.feedrevo.com.
- Open Settings → Pages.
- Find the Page you want to remove and click Disconnect.
- Confirm in the dialog. The OAuth token is revoked immediately. Platform Data tied to that Page is purged from active systems within 30 days and from backups within 90 days.
You can confirm the revocation from Facebook’s Business Integrations page, where Feedrevo will no longer be listed for that Page.
4. Method 2 — Delete your Feedrevo account
Use this when you want to leave Feedrevo entirely.
- Sign in at app.feedrevo.com.
- Open Settings → Account.
- Scroll to the Delete account section and click Delete.
- Confirm by typing your account email. The deletion is queued and completed within 30 days. Backups purge within 90 days.
5. Method 3 — Email request
If you cannot access the dashboard, or you want a written record of the request, email us:
- To: admin@feedrevo.com
- Subject: Data Deletion Request
- Include: the email address associated with your Feedrevo account, the Pages you want disconnected (if not all), and any reference number Meta gave you (if applicable).
We will acknowledge receipt within 7 days, complete the deletion within 30 days, and send a written confirmation. We may need to verify your identity before acting on the request.
6. Revoking Feedrevo’s access from Meta directly
You can also revoke Feedrevo from Facebook’s side at any time, without touching your Feedrevo account:
- Open facebook.com/settings?tab=business_tools.
- Find Feedrevo in the list and click View and edit.
- Use Remove to revoke all granted permissions.
Meta will notify Feedrevo of the revocation. We will purge the related Platform Data within 30 days of receiving the notification, as we do for in-app disconnects.
7. Deletion timing summary
- OAuth tokens: revoked immediately at the moment of request.
- Active-system Platform Data: deleted within 30 days.
- Backups: purged within 90 days.
- Records retained by law: deleted at the earliest date the law permits.

You also have rights of access, rectification, portability, restriction, and objection (and additional rights under the CCPA, LGPD, PIPEDA, and other regimes).
