Where is my data stored?

Encrypted at rest in our managed Postgres cluster. Page tokens are stored in a separate vault and rotated on Meta's recommended schedule.

Can I limit a manager to specific pages?

Yes — every Manager and Publisher is scoped to the batches they're assigned to. They never see pages outside that scope.
